Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer a refund on any opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons.
The company will only exchange unopened goods within 28 days of purchase and on the production of a valid receipt issued at the time of purchase. We will not refund or exchange goods without a valid receipt issued at the time of purchase.
All batteries have a 28 day warranty and will be exchanged if a manufacturers fault is found and on the production of a valid receipt issued at the time of purchase. We will not refund or exchange batteries if the fault is due to misuse, has been dropped, damaged or has been charged on a generic non electronic cigarette charging device or mobile/smart phone charger.
Tanks and coils (including pods with built-in coils) are sold as consumable items and are covered by a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. You must inform us within 3 working days if you have received a DOA item. It is your responsibility to check these are in good working order within that time. Coil lifespan is subject to individual usage and should be replaced within 14 days.
If any items are damaged during the delivery process, such as a bottle of e-liquid splitting, or the glass on a tank smashing, please send us an email straight away. Please include an image as proof. This will need to be done as soon as your goods have been delivered. Depending on the issue, we might not ask for the item(s) to be sent back, however we can ask for any product in question to be returned before a replacement is sent out.
If any item(s) show signs of heavy damage or neglect, this may void your warranty.
