As we approach the busy festive season, we advise that any orders are made before the 18th December to avoid disappointment. While we do dispatch all orders with APC/Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the couriers will deliver your parcel in the advertised time frame, due to the amount of parcels entering the network, weather conditions, and public holidays over Christmas and New Year.

APC:

Closed 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and 1st of January.

Royal Mail:

Closed 25th, 26th, 31st, and 1st January.

Please be advised that any orders placed between 23rd – 27th December by 2pm, are expected to be delivered Saturday 28th (if Saturday option selected) or Monday 30th. This is not guaranteed and delays are to be expected.

Normal services will resume from the 2nd of January and there is likely to be delays for a few days as the couriers play catch-up with all of the parcels in their network (not just from us).

We strongly advise ordering no later than December 18th and ensuring you have enough e-liquids/coils/pods to last until the new year.

Delivery Options

Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will arrive Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Any orders placed placed after 2pm Friday and through the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.

• Royal Mail 3-5 working days available for £2.50 for orders under £10
• APC tracked 1-2 working days (normally next day) delivery available for £4.99
• APC tracked 1-2 working days (normally next day) delivery available for £5.99
• Shipping to ROI, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and surrounding Isles will be sent VIA Royal Mail which may take 1-4 working days

Shipping to Ireland Update

Please be aware that deliveries to The Republic of Ireland are taking longer than usual to clear customs both ends and be delivered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
